How long does the process take?

MSB Services, LLC was founded in 2013 with the intent to provide the absolute best service possible and be an employer that people would want to work with and for. Through our eleven years in business, we had continuous growth and great success. We honestly felt we had assembled the best team around and could provide service that always set us apart from the competition. MSB was doing great, with a good cash flow, great backlog, excellent equipment, and A tremendous team. We had been approached in the past by others but could not see ourselves or our team aligning with the different companies. Then the day came that we met with James and Rick from Traffic Management Solutions. After a lunch meeting the three of us said if we were ever going to consider partnering with anyone these would be the guys. TMS completed the acquisition in May of 2024, and we have not looked back. They have allowed us to continue to run as we always have by putting our employees and customers first. Since the acquisition TMS has been the partner we hoped for and been solid in every aspect. They have continually made improvements to our employee benefits and compensation packages. They have allowed us to continue to invest in the management team so that they can continue to be successful into the future. TMS fully understands that we are only as strong as our TEAM, and for that we are appreciative to have become part of the TMS family.
